The present invention refers to an outwardly pivoting ventilation window for motor vehicles. The window comprises a frontal pivot disposed about a substantially vertical axis in the traveling direction. The pivot is connected to a post of the car body, which is upwardly extended to form a hinge. The hinge includes an adhesive layer arranged on a portion of the ventilation window adjacent the hinge spinning area, and an elastic poured compound which is attached to said ventilation window by said adhesive layer. A carrying arm is partially embedded in the elastic poured compound, a mounting screw being disposed in said elastic poured compound and arranged through an aperture of the carrying arm, so as to be attached to the hinge of the car body. The carrying arm can be bent or flexed under a loading condition, so that the mounting screw is lifted outwardly the surface of the poured compound.
