The present invention discloses a structural oscillation damper system via tension members at a maximum and minimum predetermined tension, which allows to diminish the speed and amplitude of each oscillatory cycle in a controlled way, until the structure is stopped essentially without adding weight or space or consuming energy. When stress forces are distributed during the whole oscillatory cycle, these are therefore diminished at the maximum stress points. In the event of excessive movement, the system releases tension excess, thereby preventing the tension members from being broken or an excessive loading to be transmitted to the structure or the foundation thereof.
