The lubrication circuit for an i.c. engine comprises a pressurised oil supply gallery (16) in the lower part of the engine cylinder crankcase (1). An injection nozzle with a hollow body (13) fixed on the cylinder crankcase has a tubular arm (7). The arm has an internal channel (9) discharging at its free end through two distinct injection orifices (10,11). The nozzle simultaneously ejects two oil jets. The first oil jet (10) is directed onto the cylinder bore walls and the second jet is directed into the inlet hole (5) of an annular channel (4) extending radially through the piston head (30). |
