Compsn. (I), exempt of alkaline reacting cpds., comprises: (a) a core contg. an acid-labile omeprazole active principle (II); (b) an intermediate layer; and (c) an enteric layer. The core is made of nuclei mixed together with (II) and compressed. (II) is not in the form of an alkaline salt.
