The device uses a dry temperature sensor(11) and a humidity temperature sensor(12). It has a moisture collection casing in the form of a glove finger(30) covering the humidity sensor(12). A pipe evacuates the collected water and returns it back to the collection casing. The humidity sensor(12) as well as the end part(31) of the pipe are mounted on a common support(28). The dry sensor(11) as well as the tube(32) containing the two sensors(11,12) are also mounted on the common support(28). One end of the tube(32) is mounted on lateral output(40) of the common support(28), this support(28) has a protecting cylindrical part(34), in which is fixed the probes(11,12) and the end part(31), all of which are fitted into the tube(32). The other end of the tube(32) is connected to an annular breather(41), so as to form a seal over a hole(42) through which the gas whose humidity is to be measured arrives. A diaphragm(43) with a calibrated orifice(9) is fitted into the tube(32) at the end adjacent to the breather(41).
