The anti-slip device comprises a rubber or rubber-like body in which elastic metal tips or wires are cast with their longitudinal axes aligned with that of a support. Apart from a projection of a few mm, an elastic but strong connection is formed. The pins or wires may be similar or have different degrees of elasticity, due to different diameters or lengths, defining the flexing force in the spaces between them.
