<p>A method for the manufacture of angled tape tabs for use with disposable absorbent articles. The first step is to provide an adhesive coated substrate (102) having a first centerline and a second centerline perpendicular to the first centerline. A release substrate (110) having a release surface (114) and an adhesive surface (113) is contacted with the adhesive coated substrate (102) and partially covers the adhesive coated substrate (102) to form a laminate (120). The laminate (120) is then cut at an angle to the first centerline to form individual angled tape tabs (40). Each angled tape tab (40) has a fixed end and a refastenable end. The fixed end of the angled tape tab (40) is then secured to an absorbent article.</p> |
