Improvements to meat product stuffing machines with continuous dosage, comprising a feed hopper (2) arranged on top of the body (1), mounted in a structure (3) or support, having a distributor (4), with cavities (5) communicating with the cylinders, the distributor (4) having an axial orifice for the passage of a conduit (7) which links the two pistons, the latter being comprised of an outer ring (8), seals (9) and an internal core (10) with a posterior stop fixed by the fork (11), the tube (7) being connected to the hydraulic rod (15) by means of the parts (16 and 17), the cylinders communicating with the vacuum chamber (18) for air extraction, the rotation of the distributor (4) being alternated by means of the rack piston (19), the dragging being effected by the fast extraction junction part (24), the residues of meat being eliminated by the tubular inlet (33) for pressure air going through the plug of access (34) to the internal tube (35) up to the internal core of the pistons, and ending in the vacuum chamber (18).
