Air-conditioning system for building using ground water

The system allows a building interior to be held at a cooler temperature than the outside air temperature during the summer and allows a greenhouse to be held at a higher temperature than the outside air during the winter by circulation of ground water through a heat exchanger (2). The heat exchanger is connected in a closed circuit with a ground water storage tank, with a ventilator (3) increasing the air exchange between the heat exchanger and the room.
