THERMOPLASTIC RESIN-COATED ALUMINIUM ALLOY PLATE AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A thermoplastic resin-coated aluminum alloy plate which has a high processi ng adhesion, i.e., which does not encounter the separation of laminated thermoplastic resin layers even when it is subjected to deep drawing, stretching, and then ironing. To obtain this thermoplastic resin-coated aluminum allow plate, an aluminum alloy plate is immersed in an alkali solution or subjected to a spraying treatment using an alkali solution or spraying an acid solution thereon, a thermoplastic resin being applied to both surfaces of the aluminum allow pla te via or not via a bonding agent.
