<p>An antenna used as the antenna of a portable radio communication device which is desirably small in size. The antenna is provided with a base horizontal face section (121), a main erected face section (101) which is generally perpendicularly extended from the section (121), a main horizontal face section (102) which is generally perpendicularly extended continuously from the section (101), an auxiliary erected face section (103) on end of which is connected to a grounding potential (120) through a feeding point (110) and the other end of which is extended generally parallel to the section (102), and auxiliary horizontal face section (104) which is connected to the auxiliary erected face section (103) and extended in parallel with the section (102) at a prescribed interval, a connecting section (105) which is connected to the other ends of the sections (102) and (104) and extended in a generally perpendicular direction, and a second extended section (107) which is connected to the section (105) in a generally perpendicular direction and extended generally parallel to the section (121). The antenna is constituted by integrating the above-mentioned sections in one body with a conductive plate.</p> |
