PURPOSE:To detect a fault in an early stage by setting the state of whether the monitoring signal of a radio base station is normal or abnormal on a signal to be transmitted from the radio base station to an exchange, transmitting it and reading the state by the exchange. CONSTITUTION:The exchange 1 periodically confirms call origination and call termination states from the radio base stations 13 and judges whether or not the base station 13 without call origination and call termination is present. When the base station 13 without call origination and the call termination is present, a call connection signal for a health check is edited and transmitted to the pertinent base station 13. The base station 13 which receives the call connection signal judges whether or not it is the call connection signal for the health check, and when it is the call connection signal for the health check, confirms the state of the present station, sets the state of the present station to the user/user information of a response signal and performs transmission to the exchange 11. The exchange 11 which receives the response signal judges the state by the user/user information and informs a maintenance person of that the base station 13 is in the state of the fault when abnormality is present. |
