PURPOSE:To prevent a power generator with small equipment capacity from being fixed to an upper-limit output or a lower-limit output by designating a slave system to the power generator in a control equipment after voltage maintenance calculation and distributing a controlled variable so that the reactive power margin values of control equipment (power generator) groups in the same slave system can be equal. CONSTITUTION:A voltage maintenance calculating function 21 calculates the command value of the control equipment by a certain means similar to a conventional system. The command value of the power generator in this control equipment is applied to an equal margin redistributing function 22. Based on slave system designating function 23, the equal margin redistributing function 22 executes the equal margin redistribution of the previously received command value to the upper and lower limit values for the reactive power of the control equipment in the same slave system and the redistributed value is defined as the final command value to each power generator. Thus, the problem of fixing the power generator with the small equipment capacity to the upper-limit or lower-limit output value is canceled. |
