A lockable main hatch providing access to all the letter box compartments has a frame housing smaller lockable hatches for the individual compartments. The letter box (1) includes several depressions (5-7) in its top side, and is provided with a main lockable hatch (8), which is locked against the box frame (2) when closed, and provides access to all of the compartments inside it when open. Several smaller hatches (9-11) for the individual letter box compartments are provided inside the main hatch. The smaller hatches are held in the main hatch frame by bearings (19) that can not be removed when any of the smaller hatches is closed or locked. |
