PURPOSE:To obtain a cement product having strength equal to a product with asbestos added thereto by blending an inorganic base aq. soln. with siliceous aggregate having large specific surface area in the blended cement material wherein pulp fiber is used for reinforced fiber. CONSTITUTION:100wt.% (hereinafter shown in %) mixed blending material is constituted of 20-50% cement, 20-60% siliceous aggregate (i.g. 8000-10000cm<2>/g) having large specific surface area such as pulverized silica or silica fumes and 1-10% pulp fiber. Water contg. 1N-inorganic base (i.e., sodium hydroxide) is added at 10-12% by outer percentage for 100% of the mixed blending material. The uniformly mixed blending material is obtained by using a forcedly agitating mixer such as an Eirich mixer and forcedly mixing this mixture. Then a platelike body is formed by a roller forming method and hardened by performing autoclave aging at about 8.5atm G for about 15 hours. Thereby physical properties such as strength and deflection are enhanced. A cement product is obtained which has strength equal to a product with asbestos added thereto. |
