PURPOSE:To improve correspondence to multi-layer wiring by handling a through hole similarly as an obstruction, and setting an area within an allowable interval from the through hole in the neighborhood of the through hole as a through hole prohibiting area. CONSTITUTION:A corner point 14 is generated at a position separated from the obstruction 11 and the corners of terminals 21, 22 by the allowable range of a design rule. The through hole 12 and the area near to the through hole 12 than the allowable interval of the through hole 12 are handled as the through hole prohibiting area 13, and the corner point 14 is also generated in the periphery of the area. Thence, an escape line 15 is generated. Furthermore, the corner point 14 due to the terminals 21, 22 and the escape line 15 are eliminated. Following that, searching lines 31 are generated from the terminal 21 and the terminal 22 at a target side. The searching line 31 generated from the terminal 21 is inputted to a queue, and the searching line 31 generated from the terminal 22 is accumulated as the escape line 15. |
