PURPOSE: To regulate the lateral warping of a brush rod in the case of rotary polishing and cleaning and to adjust the length of the hair tip of the brush rod by providing brush-rod regulating plates between a brush-rod implanting plate and a brush-rod aligning plate, and linking the regulating plates with the brush-rod implanting plate by a plurality of linking rods. CONSTITUTION: Brush-rod regulating plates 3a and 3b are provided between a brush-rod hair implanting plate 1 and a brush-rod aligning plate 2 and arranged so as to form the same rotary axial line X. A brush rod 4 is inserted into regulating holes 14 of the regulating plates 3a and 3b. Then, a plurality of linking rods 15a and 15b are arranged at the position deviated from the rotary axial line X, respectively. The respective regulating plates 3a and 3b are suspended from the insulating plate 1. The rotary driving force of the implanting plate is transmitted to the regulating plates 3a and 3b and the aligning plate 2 through a transmitting rod 16. Thus, the relative set states of the regulating plates 3a and 3b for the implanting plate 1 and the aligning plate 2 are adequately kept, the lateral warping of the brush rod is effectively prevented and the adjustment of the hair-tip length of the brush rod 4 can be readily performed. |
