FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: additive has (in wt %): mixture of sodium and triethanolammonium salts of sulfonated condensation product of dimethylstyrene with waste originated from cumene-based phenol production - 31-84.5, mixture of sodium and triethanolammonium salts of sulfonated condensation product of pyrolysis tar - 5-31, mixture of sodium and triethanolammonium sulfates - 5-15.5, modifier - 0.5-2.5, and technical lignosulfonates. Such a mixture consumes reduced by 10-28% quantity of cement without losing strength characteristics of concrete. EFFECT: reduced cement usage.
