PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a supporting stripes and to maintain the vibrating posture of a vibrator uniform. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric elements 2a, 2b having a driving function are attached to at least two side faces 1a, 1b of a vibrator 3 of a vibrating body 1. The side faces 1a, 1b are root parallel to each other, and the vibrating body 1 is a prism. The vibrator 3 is supported on a base plate 8 by two supporting stripes 6a, 6b. The supporting stripes 6a, 7a are coupled to the vibrator 3 at, the position corresponding to a node of the vibrator 3 or in the vicinity of the position. Moreover, the front view of each supporting stripe 6a, 7a is approximately inverted V-shape. |
