<p>PURPOSE:To attain the input of data with no consciousness of the file control by using a data display means which evolves the information on the icons in the form of a window to arrange the standard icons on an assembling sheet and turning these icons into the effective icons that point the data files. CONSTITUTION:The standard icons 5 taken out of a standard icon group 4 are set on an assembling sheet 3 via an icon arrangement means 9. Thus the effective icons 6 have their proper positions on the sheet 3. A data file production means 10 extracts automatically the data format corresponding to a designated standard icon out of a basic data format 7 and forms an area of a data file 8 corresponding to an icon 6. Then an optional icon 6 is designated on the sheet 3 and a window is opened by a data file reading means 11 and a data display means 12.</p> |
