PURPOSE:To form a latent image edited with an original image and other images except an original, to reduce the cost of a device and to improve the quality of black images by devising the forming method and the developing method of the latent images of two systems of a two-color copying device and avoiding the scraping of toner images and the mixture of toner. CONSTITUTION:The optical image of the original 2 is lead to a photosensitive body 1 for latent image formation by means of the optical image-formation system 3 of the two-color copying device so as to form a 1st positive or negative latent image. A color separating means 4 is selectively arranged on the optical path of the image-formation system 3 and an image reading means 5 reads the image of the original 2 so as to convert it into an electric image signal. An image signal generating means 6 outputs a specified pattern image as the image signal. A light output means 7 forms a 2nd latent image having an inverted relation with the 1st latent image on the photosensitive body 1 based on the image signal in either the means 5 or the means 6. An image area specifying means 8 specified the specific image area of the original 2 and a mode selected by an edition mode controlling means 11 controls the means forming the 1st and 2nd latent images. |
