<p>PURPOSE: To miniaturize a processing device and to shorten the recording processing time by using one magnetic head and one thermal head. CONSTITUTION: When an inserted recording medium 1 passes a magnetic head 22 in the direction of an arrow A (insertion direction), magnetic data recorded in the magnetic recording layer of the recording medium 1 is reproduced (2a). After completion of reproducing, a carrying roll is reversed to carry the recording medium 1 in the direction of an arrow B (carrying-out direction), and new magnetic data is recorded when it passes the magnetic head 22 (2b). After completion of recording, the carrying roll is reversed again to carry the recording medium 1 in the direction of the arrow A, and newly recorded magnetic data is reproduced for confirmation when it passes the magnetic head 22 (2c). When the recording medium 1 passes a thermal head 23, visible data recorded in the thermal reversible recording layer of the recording medium 1 is erased (2d), and thereafter, visible data is recorded when it passes in the direction of the arrow B (2e).</p> |
