PURPOSE:To manufacture the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet with super low iron loss by using the separation agent for annealing where the bismuth is contained, and the amount of the hydrate is controlled to make the atmosphere containing hydrogen in the finish annealing of the cold rolled silicon steel sheet containing Si of a specific amount. CONSTITUTION:The silicon steel slab containing, by weight, 0.8-4.8% Si is hot rolled, and then, cold rolled, and after the decarburization annealing, the separation agent for annealing is coated, and dried to perform the finish annealing. In this manufacturing method of the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, the separation agent for annealing containing the bismuth chloride, the single substance of bismuth or bismuth compound, and the metallic chloride is used. The atmosphere in the temperature rising process during the finish annealing is controlled to be 50-98% N2 or Ar, and the balance H 2, and the amount of the hydrate in the separation agent for annealing to be 0.5-7.0%. The bismuth compound such as BiO3, Bi(OH)3, and the metallic chloride such as FeCl3 and CoCl2 are used. |
