PURPOSE:To make it possible to automate the process of making an alignment body of elements without manual operation by providing a sensor for obtaining rotation information of a wound core, a sensor for obtaining the position information of a lead, a judgement circuit for judging the array state of leads, and means for stopping the wound core at a position suitable for removing elements. CONSTITUTION:This device includes a sensor such as a rotary encoder 4 capable of obtaining rotation information of a wound core 1, a sensor 5 for obtaining position information of the lead 11 for the wound core by detecting the lead 11 of the element 10 while in rotation, a judgment circuit for judging the array state of leads 11 on the basis of the output from the sensor 5, the rotary encoder 4 and the output corresponding to the pattern of the lead lines 11, a means 3 for stopping the wound core 1 at a position appropriate for removing the element 10 on the basis of the output from the judgment circuit. In addition, an arm 7 for carrying the element 10 having a chuck 6 in its front end taken up, a hot press device 8 for pressing the element 10 while the element 10 is being carried, and an alignment device for aligning the element 10 at an equal space by moving a mount plate 9 every one pitch in turn are provided. |
