PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for a special power regenerating device and regenerated heat treatment regarding a regenerated power produced in an elec tric motor during decending operation and to reduce the cost of the whole. CONSTITUTION:A bypass circuit 11 is arranged in parallel to a speed control device 2 between an electric motor 1 and a power supply. The electric motor 1 is controlled by a speed control device 2 during climbing operation. During decending operation, the electric motor 1 is coupled directly to a power supply through a bypass circuit 11, feedback of a regenerated power to the power supply is performed. |
