<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy the lift operation of pressure energizing part and proper ly feed the last paper sheet in an automatic paper feeder carrying sheets of paper sheet by sheet by pressure energizing the paper sheets stacked on a sheets of paper slacker against a lower paper feeding roller, without giving carrying load to the last paper sheet by the pressure energizing part in carrying the same. SOLUTION: The sheets of paper P loaded on a paper stacker are pressed to the side of paper feed roller 3 arranged downward, and the lowermost paper sheet of the stacked sheets is separated sequentially and the stacked paper sheets are fed one by one. At a pressing part 7 pressure energizing the stacked sheets an abutting surface to be brought into surface contact with the paper is formed, and an upstream end of the abutting surface is inclined gradually toward the upstream direction so that it is separated from the surface of paper gradually. On the pressing part 7 a finger hook part is formed to thereby improve the moving operability to the waiting position of the pressing part 7.</p> |
