PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience and reliability of the device by utilizing magnetic card registration data and non-contact card regitration data in an identification(ID) card. SOLUTION: Magnetic card registration data 2 and non-contact card registration data 3 in an ID card 1 are similarly set up. When the data 2 are read out by a 1st magnetic reading part 7, the read data are registered in non-contact card collation data 6 in a central management device 4. When a passenger puts the ID card 1 close to a 2nd non-contact reading part 10A in a card reader 8A to read out the data 3, a control part 5 collates the data 3 with the data 6. When the collated result is 'correct', the card reader 8A unlocks an electric lock 11A. Thus the data 3 can be registered by using the inexpensive 1st magnetic reading part 7. |
