PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method which can obtain the transgenic animal by introducing the external gene into a fertilized egg without injecting the external gene into the fertilized egg. SOLUTION: This method has (a) a process for guiding a composite body of the external gene and liposome into the testis or ovary of a mammal through the testicular artery or ovarian artery of the mammal and (b) a process for fertilization between the sperm or ovum of the mammal after the process (a) and an ovum or sperm that this mammal has.
