PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit board device for inspection that provides required electrical connection with reliability and requires less manufacturing cost by forming a high-resolution anisotropic conductive sheet and a different low-resolution sheet in a high-density connecting electrode region and a low-density connecting electrode region. SOLUTION: A high-density connecting electrode region 12 and a low-density connecting electrode region 12 are formed on the surface of a circuit board 10 for inspection on the same plane; the high-density connecting electrode region 12 and the low-density connecting electrode region 12 have connecting electrodes 11 formed in a pattern symmetrical with that of the terminal electrodes 2 on a high-density terminal electrode region 3 and a low- density terminal electrode region 4. Each of the connecting electrodes 11 on the high-density and low-density connecting electrode regions 12, 13 is slightly protruded from the surface of the circuit board 10. Grid electrodes 15 are formed on the underside of the circuit board, the grid electrodes which correspond to the connecting electrodes 11, respectively, and are electrically connected with them through wiring paths 14. Thus a high-resolution anisotropic conductive sheet is positioned in the high-density connecting electrode region on the circuit board. This makes it possible to reliably provide required electrical connection with each of the terminal electrodes in the high-density terminal electrode region on a circuit device to be inspected. |
