PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mount and dismount a battery with ease by providing a shelf for housing the battery with a roller which rolls in the direction that the battery is mounted on and dismounted from the shelf and supporting the roller such that it can be moved up and down for the plane of the shelf on which the battery is placed. SOLUTION: To mount a battery 4 on a battery carrier 1, a connecting rod 12 is moved to the rest 13 of a guide groove 11 of a guide plate 10 by using an operation knob 14 and the battery 4 is lifted to the height of a shelf 3 and is placed on the angle members of both sides the shelf at the ends thereof and is pressed into the shelf 3. When the connecting rod 12 is moved to the tip 15 of the guide groove 11, a roller 6 is sunken under the plane of the shelf 3 on which the battery is placed and is stably held by elastic force of a spring 16. When the battery is removed, the battery on the shelf 3 is slightly lifted and the connecting rod 12 is moved from the tip 15 of the guide groove 11 to the rest 13 and hooked, whereby the battery 4 is pulled out from the shelf 3. |
