PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take in and out an electric wire by reliably push-opening a clip even if a position of the clip is dislocated. SOLUTION: Guide inclined faces 34 to an inside inclined face 13 of a clip are formed on the tip part outside of a pair of blades 31 and 32 to push-open the clip 12 to grip an electric wire. An inclination of the guide inclined faces 34 is smaller than an opening angle of the inside inclined face. A part of the outer periphery is projected from the guide inclined faces 34, and a guide roller capable of contacting with the inside inclined face 13 is rotatably arranged in tip parts 36 of a pair of blades. The guide inclined faces 34 are formed at inclinationsθ1 andθ2 of two stages, and a rake width S1 formed by inclined faces 34b on the tip side of the blades 31 and 32 is made small.
