PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for recovering a mistake on assembly easily. SOLUTION: A fixing frame 1 that is fixed to a mounting frame where a wiring instrument is arranged is constituted of first and second fixing parts 2a and 2b that are upper and lower frame sides and first and second connection parts 3 and 3 that are left and right frame sides. First and second protruding parts 4a and 4b are formed at the first and second fixing parts 2a and 2b, respectively. A decoration plate 8 that covers and fixed to the fixing frame 1 is constituted of a flat plate and a covering part that is suspended from the peripheral part of the flat plate and is formed in one piece. First and second engagement protruding parts 10a and 10b that are engaged to the first and second protruding parts 4a and 4b so that they can be engaged and released freely are formed on the upper and lower inner surfaces of the covering part. Since the positions of the first protruding part 4a and the second protruding part 4b differ between upper and lower parts, the first and second protruding parts 4a and 4b cannot be engaged to the first and second engagement protruding parts 10a and 10b by mounting the decoration plate 8 after inverting it upside down.
