SOLUTION: An image display game device comprises an image display device having a display screen 27a, a display control device for displaying a designated pattern on the display screen 27a, a pattern change device for changing a pattern displayed on the display screen 27a according to a change directing signal from a change directing part 36 which can be operated by an operator, and a prize winning determining device for determining prize winning from the combination of patterns displayed on the display screen 27a according to an end directing signal from an end directing part 31 which can be operated by an operator, wherein the change directing part 36 and the end directing part 31 are disposed in such a position that they can not be operated at the same time by an operator's single hand. |
