HEAT-RESISTANT LUBRICANT FOR THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricant which has excellent heat resistance and is effective to improve the flowability of even a thermoplastic resin having a high molding temperature by synthesizing an ester of a carboxylic acid with an aromatic polyhydric alcohol. SOLUTION: At least one carboxylic acid selected from among 16C or higher higher aliphatic monocarboxylic and polycarboxylic acids is reacted with an aromatic polyhydric alcohol being a bisphenol A/alkylene oxide adduct (the number of moles of addition is 0-6) to obtain an ester acting as a heat-resistant lubricant. This lubricant is desirably used in an among of 0.1-5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin.
