PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a driver to drive a car with safety even when a visual field is not effective and reduce an exhausted feeling of eyes and contribute to the prevention of traffic accidents by driving a car in composure with regards to a visual guidance device which guides the visual line of a driver along the side edge of a carriageway. SOLUTION: This visual guidance device 1 comprises a post 1a whose height is about 5.5m, for example, erected on a shoulder and a support arm 1b which extends in the horizontal direction from the upper end of the post 1a toward a carriageway as a main skeleton. A solar cell 2 and a controller 3 are laid out on the upper end of the post 1a. A reflective indication board 4 is mounted at the tip of the support arm 1b while a laser oscillator 5 is laid out on the rear side of this reflective indication board 4 or a self light-emitting indicator 6 is laid out on the lower end projectingly respectively. |
