PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical filter free from the generation of dust from itself. SOLUTION: This chemical filter has a structure provided with an adsorbing filter media 102 for removing gaseous impurities in a gas flow and a casing 104 housing the adsorbing filter media 102. The chemical filter does not become the generating source of dust since a filter media 108 capable of collecting at least fine particles generated from the adsorbing filter media 102 and composed of a base material free from the generation of the gaseous impurities is installed in the down stream side of the adsorbing filter media.
