PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an internal short circuit and winding dislocation or the like of an electrode body. SOLUTION: A sheet-like positive electrode 1 by applying a positive electrode mixture to a positive electrode current collecting body and a sheet-like negative electrode 2 by applying a negative electrode mixture to a negative electrode current collecting body, are superposed on each other by interposing a separator 3, and are wound by a winder. At this time, rolling-in tension of the positive electrode 1 and the negative electrode 2 is set stronger than rolling-in tension of the separator 3. To put it concretely, the rolling-in tension of the positive electrode l and the negative electrode 2 is set in a range of 1.08 to 1.33 times the rolling-in tension of the separator 3, and when the rolling-in tension of the separator 3 is set in a range of 5.0 to 10.0g per a width 1mm of the separator 3, an internal short circuit and winding dislocation can be extremely effectively prevented. |
