<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of fading caused by ultraviolet rays and to impart excellent durability by integrally molding a surface layer consisting of glass aggregate obtained by crushing a waste bottle into a granular form, cement and an admixture being a binder on a base layer consisting of cement, sand, gravel or the like. SOLUTION: At first, waste bottles are stepwise crushed by a crusher to finally obtain glass aggregate with a particle size of about 1.2mm or less. Subsequently, a base layer 2 wherein a ratio of cement and sand/gravel is set, for example to 1:3 is charged in a predetermined form 1 to be molded and a surface layer 5 prepared, for example, by mixing 10-5wt.% of a cement admixture with a mixture consisting of 75-60wt.% of glass aggregate 3 and 25-15wt.% of cement 4 is laminated on the base layer 2. Next, the surface layer 5 is pressed to the base layer 2 within the form by using a hydraulic press and ageing is performed for a definite time to integrally bond the base layer 2 and the surface layer 5 to produce an interlocking block.</p> |
