PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect only specified color light from white color light and to deflect its reflective direction. SOLUTION: Many memory cells are formed in line on an SRAM (static RAM). A minute micro-mirror 5 is arranged tiltably on each memory cell through a post 6. A filter 8 reflecting the specified color light is formed on the reflection surface of the micro-mirror 5. When the data (1) are written in the memory cell 4, the micro-mirror 5 is tilted by +θand becomes an valid reflection state where reflected specified color spot light can be utilzed. When the data (0) are written, the micro-mirror is tilted by -θ, and becomes an invalid reflection state that the spot light can not be utilized.
