PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by lowering a bomb to a low position in case of exchanging the gas bomb. SOLUTION: A gas bomb 15 is supported at three points in such a way as to clamp it by a pedestal 3 and a support arm 4, a connecting means consisting of a fixing rod and a suspension plate is provided between the pedestal 3 and the support arm 4, and the gas bomb 15 held by the pedestal 3 and the support arm 4 is free to integrally revolve the pedestal 3 and the support arm 4 from on a machine base 2 until it comes to be at an angle to be positioned on the back of the machine base 2 which is lower than on the machine base 2.
