摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-permeability oxide magnetic material in which crystal particles are made uniformly large and by which a high-resistivity grain boundary layer is formed by a method wherein a main component is composed of Fe2 O3 , MnO and ZnO and P2 O5 as a subcomponent in a specific ratio is contained in the main component. SOLUTION: A main component is composed of 52 to 53mol% of Fe2 O3 , 24 to 28mol% of MnO and 19 to 24mol% of ZnO, and 0.3 to 1.5wt.% of P2 O5 as a subcomponent is contained in the main component. Thereby, the growth of particles is promoted, and a crystal particle size is made uniform. As a result, it is possible to obtain a material which can be fired at a temperature lower than a temperature to volatilize zinc, which obtains an excellent characteristic even in a (small) product having a large specific surface area, which eliminates an irregularity in a characteristic between products, which does not require a complicated process such as a burying process, which is low-cost and which is excellent. In addition, the texture of a fired body reduces the number of pores inside a particle, the movement of a magnetic domain wall is made smooth, a high permeability and a low loss can be obtained, high-concentration P2 O5 is precipitated in a grain boundary layer, the resistivity of the grain boundary layer can be made high, and an eddy-current loss can be reduced.
