<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a scalping device and to peel an electric wire cover positively. SOLUTION: When a device is made of a first cam 18 and a gear 21 that are fixed to a rotary shaft 16, a slider 20 that advances and retreats horizontally for the cam 18, a base 33 that is fixed to the slider 20, cutter holders 32 and 32' that are provided at the base 33 so that they can be elevated freely, a gear 24 which is provided at the gear 21 through a gear 23 so that the gear 24 can rotate freely and has a pitch circle diameter that is two times that of the gear 21, a second cam 27 that is fixed to the gear 24 and has a cam groove 28 that is rotary-symmetrical by 180 deg., and a pair of rocking levers 30 and 30' which have a follower 29 engaged to the cam groove 28 and are engaged so that a cutter holder can be freely slid horizontally, the second cam 27 has a first cam surface 73, a second cam surface 75, and a third cam surface 77 that become higher successively and the cam surfaces 73, 75, and 77 are formed rotary-symmetrically in a pair. Further, positioning cams are provided in a plurality of stages at a selection shaft for a protrusion being provided at the slider 20. The electric wire covering is cut by cutters 34 and 34, the cutters 34 and 34 are retreated and the covering is peeled halfway, the cutters 34 and 34 are advanced slightly, and then a conductor part is cut.</p> |
