PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a variation in torque by a method wherein a cage fitting part is formed at one end of an inner diameter surface of an outer ring, a roller end part is projected out of it, a column part of a cage is fitted in such a way that its circumferential motion may become free and then the roller end part is held between it and the column part. SOLUTION: Column sections 28, 28' of a cage 5 have such lengths as one in which they may be fitted to a fitting part 19 of the cage of an outer ring 3, correspond to a pocket partition wall 22. The column part 28' has a width extending over two pocket partition walls 22 at both sides of a slit 18 and are made in a more wide width than that of the column part 28. A space between the column sections 28, 28' is narrower than a width of a pocket 14 and this is formed to have such a space as one in which it may be contacted with both sides of the roller 4. The cage 5 is moved freely in a circumferential direction in respect to the outer ring 3 in a state in which the column sections 28, 28' are fitted to the outer ring 3, does not hinder a motion of the roller 4, holds the end part of the roller 4 projected to the fitted part 19 of the cage between the column sections 28, 28' so as to restrict an irregular motion of skew of the roller 4 and the like. Accordingly, a torque variation is restricted and a stable set torque can be attained.
|
