<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time concerning a method for down-loading to a network element such as transmission equipment. SOLUTION: Concerning the method for down-loading to plural network elements NE1-NE6 respectively mutually connected through ports P1-P4, the respective network elements NE1-NE6 execute down load processing by receiving down load data, these down load data are sent from any port excepting for the side, where these down load data are received, to the other network element and the transfer control of down load data is autonomously performed at the respective network elements NE1-NE6.</p> |
