PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce a fish paste product of a uniform shape without any unevenness. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing a fish paste product is obtained by installing a freely rotatable drum 2 for filling a viscous raw material therein, a sleeve 3 for feeding the viscous raw material fed from a pump 4 under pressure throughout the interior of the drum 2 and a geared motor 30 for rotating the drum 2, forming many holes 11 for extruding the viscous raw material and molding the viscous raw material on the circumferential surface of the drum 2, boring many feed holes 22 on the circumferential surface of the sleeve 3 so as to uniformly extrude the viscous raw material into the drum 2 and providing a cutter for cutting the fish paste food emerging from the holes 11 of the drum 2 on the circumferential surface of the drum 2 and arranging blades 5 along the inner circumferential surface of the drum 2. |
