PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal equipment reducing transmission power consumption by not sending frame data whose reception and decoding is disable, from a head of the frame. SOLUTION: The communication terminal equipment in which a frame signal is revised into a signal delaying the frame by a frame offset designated from a system frame with a base station in matching with an action time and the transmission is stopped till a timing of the frame signal after the revision, is provided with a call control means 1 decoding the message of the base station and provides the output of an action time and with a pre-action trigger signal means 11 outputting a pre-action trigger signal to a transmission stop device in a timing of one preceding frame signal of the action time based on the action time. Then the transmission stop device provides the output of a transmission stop signal according to the pre-action trigger signal. Thus, the frame whose frame-offset is revised on the way is stopped for transmission from its head. |
