PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately guide a belt-like member overlappingly with the position of an object by providing a travel direction moving means for moving the travel direction of the belt-like member along the width direction of the belt-like member and locating the belt-like member at the position of the object. SOLUTION: When the position of a positive electrode sheet 20 in the width direction is drifted from the position of an object 30 in the width direction, an edge section 20a shields the laser beam from a light projection section 76, the laser beam quantity received by a light reception section 77 is changed as compared with that when the edge section 20 a is located at the correct position, and the light reception section 77 outputs the detected voltage corresponding to the position drift to a controller 100. The controller 100 rotates the first guide rotating means 12 and the second guide rotating means 14 around the central axis CL via a rotary actuator 60. When the positive electrode sheet 20 reaches the second position detecting means 75 side, it is drifted in the direction of an arrow Y, and the displacement is resolved. |
