摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with which the motion of main body of a satellite is not interferred and mission equipment such as a charge coupled device(CCD) camera for observation can be easily positioned with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The one-side terminals of four coil springs 2, 3, 4 and 5 are fixed onto one plane of a part 1 to be driven and the other-side terminals are fixed to a supporting member 13. Thus, the parallel motion of the part 1 to be driven around a Z axis and along X and Y axes is stricted. Besides, voice coil motors 7 and 8 are mounted on the plane of the part 1 to be driven opposite to the coil springs 2-5, and the parallel advancement of the part 1 to be driven in Z-axis direction and its rotation around the Y axis are controlled. Besides, a voice coil motor 6 is mounted on the plane of the part 1 to be driven vertical to these two planes, and the rotation around the X axis is controlled. At such a time, the voice coil motors 6-8 are made into moving magnet type so that heat generated by the coils of the voice coil motors 6-8 can be controlled.
