摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension monitoring device for reducing the capacity of a power supply by reducing power consumption. It is detected that the above streetcar is within the overhead electric wire section in specific length units from the above error, tension is continuously measured, only a slight time zone is measured by the setting of a timer 53 when the streetcar is not within the overhead electric zone in specific length units, and continuous measurement is paused for the remaining time zone.</p>
