<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel technique unnecessary for ensuring a landfilling disposal site on the land, not generating dehydration separated water and a malodor, changing the bottom part made unaerobic of a water area to an aerobic state to restore the environment of the bottom of the water and capable of suppressing the elution of nutritious sals from bottom mud to upper layer water. SOLUTION: After oxygen-containing gas 5 is introduced into dredged bottom mud 2 to aerate the same, a polymeric flocculant 9 is added to form pellets 2 which are, in turn, sedimented to the bottom 1 of the water to improve a bottom material. In this method, aeration is performed in an aeration tank composed of the floatable sheet member provided to a water surface part and oxygen-containing gas is ozonated air.</p> |
